Cancellation Policy
Skin by Abie and Co. implements a 48 hour cancelation policy. Any cancelation or change of appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $25 fee. Any missed or NO SHOW appointments will charged full treatment amount. Skin by Abie and Co understand that there are circumstances when one must miss their appointment due to an emergency or other obligation for work or family. While truly sympathetic, our business cannot absorb financial responsibility of last minute cancelation. We do not double book appointment time but rather reserve specific time for each client's individual care. In fairness to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason of the cancelation.
